Meet Daryl

Thank you for taking the time to read this page. My name is Daryl, raised in North Vancouver, husband to Melanie and father to two wonderful daughters, Ella and Carla, and our Mexican rescue dog Kloppy. My other child is Liverpool Football Club. I am a passionate Red! 

My passion for real estate began a long time ago when my father was a realtor. I went on to specialise in Urban Land Economics at UBC and then spent 10 years in London, England, working for several UK commercial property funds. I returned to Canada in 2008 and began my career as a residential realtor. I have now been a realtor in North Vancouver for over 18 years, first with Re/Max and now with Oakwyn Realty. I have received many awards for my sales achievements including Re/Max Platinum Award, 100% Club and Re/Max Hall of Fame Award. In my first year at Oakwyn Realty I received a Sales Excellence Award.  I would love to put my passion to work for you.

My experience covers a wide range of buyers and sellers. I am equally well equipped to help first-time buyers as I am to support those looking to move up the property ladder or those looking to downsize. I offer sound advice and support to investors and have structured and managed land assemblies. I also have experience in navigating the sensitive nature of estate sales and working with Power of Attorneys and Executors.

I truly love living on the North Shore. Now that my daughters are in university I miss the days of coaching their soccer teams, although their abilities quickly surpassed mine! Having grown up here I am exceptionally well-versed in neighbourhood knowledge. Being part of the North Shore community is something I truly appreciate and don’t take for granted.
